Band members are Joseph Williams, Scott Smith, Jason Carter and singer Chistropher "A premeditated malicious succession of regularly recurring hard rock phenomena." *Bean* Murdercycle madness, Murdercycle is a regional hard rock band from NC that was formed by former heads of Ublisch and Seducer in November 2001. Joseph Williams, Scott Smith, Jason Carter, and singer Christopher began writing songs in the attic of Joseph's house. In only three months, Murdercycle released their debut CD, "VICTIMS", on Homicide Records. Armed with a CD in one hand, instruments in the other, and a hunger for success, Murdercycle started touring the Southeast club circuit with a vengeance. Playing shows from Virginia, Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Louisiana, and Florida. Murdercycle constantly receives excellent reviews from all types of media and press. Like, for example, maximummetal.com, creative loafing (Atlanta & Charlotte), charlottelive.com, augustaunderground.com and the metro sprit (Augusta, GA.) They've also been the spotlight band on with-the-band.com, avadamag.com, sub6radio.com, extrememag.com, and 1065.com. Murdercycle live shows are an all out energy burst that attacks your soul, earning them the Miller Lights' "BAND ON TAP 2003," award for bands on the rise. Murdercycle has also been working on film and video shoots. Their video for "Ask Satan My Name" is currently in the hands of MTV and their recently completed video for "Flesh Freak" is ready for release. Murdercycle also spent over two months last summer having their lives filmed by an independent film company from Germany. The foreign film company wanted to gain insights on living life as an American rock band and shot stock footage for use in a movie release. Murdercycle also found time to do a couple of real cool compilations in 2003. Like, the Complex Radio Compilation and the Destructo Records Compilation. In 2004, Murdercycle plans to keep up their heavy touring until they find the right time and place to record their next CD. Because they spend so much time on the road, most of their new songs were written while touring last summer. This new material has such power and passion that the entire free world will be amazed by these ultrasonic soul shakers. With this new material Murdercycle has set the standard for all hard rock to come.
