This past Year and a half False Evolution has accomplished so much in the local music scene. They have about 100 gigs under their belts and didn’t start playing in the complete line up that they have now until about 2 years ago. False Evolution is a bunch of friends that act more like family. If they weren't writing music or performing it, they would be hanging out with each other as friends, and that’s what makes False Evolution so special. False Evolution is a hardcore groove with pounding bass, crunchy sound, and melodic flows. They believe in the peace, love, and honesty of being one’s self and they preach it every time they bring it.

False Evolution consists of 6 people. Phillip, the drummer, has been playing drums for 13 dedicated years and has played in many different bands, He has played many different styles of music. His major influences include such bands as Taproot, Korn, Glassjaw, and more. Phillip has been playing in the band for 2 years.

Jeff plays guitar and has been playing for about 9 years. Jeff was a founding member of the band and has been playing with False Evolution for 6 years. He has played various clubs and parties with the band. He has never been in any other bands. His major influences are anything from RATM, to Tool, to Fear Factory etc.

Mykol is the other guitar player and has been playing for 9 years. He has been in one other band named Chronical. He has played with False Evolution for 3 years. Mykol has also played at various clubs and parties with both bands. Mykol’s major influences are Pantera, Deftones, and local band Swift, along with many others.

Daniel is the other voice on the mic and the last founding member of the band. Daniel has been playing music for 8 years. He first started singing and went to drums and is now back singing. He also has played every show with the band, some as the singer some as the drummer. His major influences are The Doors, Soundgarden, and Korn.

Christina, the newest addition to the False Evolution clan brings the low-end crunch with the bass. She has been playing music for a good 8 years and has played the bass and the electric guitar. She has played every show with False Evolution since the first show with local band, SWIFT, back in January of 2003. Her major influences are Otep, Kittie, Tool, and Slipknot.
