AseraphymN is a 5-piece death/grind project based in Knoxville, Tennessee, formed from previous members of Origin, Impaled, Besieged, Enter Self, Empyreal Dominion and Terminal Plan. The band formed in March of 2004 with the intention of creating music that encompassed both welding speed and heavy groove. The band began when Jeremy contacted guitarist and former Terminal Plan band mate Jay Presley following Jeremy's tour with Origin. After a few rehearsals it was agreed that the songs' dynamics would require a second guitarist, and former Enter Self guitarist, Wes LcQuire, was brought in. Still lacking a bassist, Wes contacted former Besieged bassist Scot Dunlap to complete the lline-up. Writing and rehearsal began immediately; and by the end of May, seven songs were complete.

♦June 26th, 2004:  Four tracks were recorded for the debut EP at Underground Recording Studio in Knoxville, TN. Two of the four tracks, Lion Storm"  and "Usurper's Circle", were released as a two song demo. in early July.
♦July 7, 2004:  AseraphymN played the first live show at the Electric Ballroom International, Knoxville, TN to a record Wednesday night crowd.
♦July 23, 2004:  vocalist Derek Holman exited the band to play with "Elders of the Apocolypse" and was replaced by former Terminal Plan guitarist Jason Fields.
♦September 8, 2004:  A small southeastern tour began in Nashville, TN ending September 24 in Bristol, VA. Many other shows (inlcuding August 7 and  8, 2004—shows with Relapse Recording artists "ORIGIN") have fueled the ascent of AseraphymN to become a national touring act
♦Novermber 15, 2005: AseraphymN will continue the ascent releasing 9 tracks of absolute hatred entitled "Blood, Bone & Hate" on Choke Chain  Records.
